Is it presidential to chastise Supreme Court Justices at the State of the Union address for upholding a First Amendment decision the president disagrees with? And, the president then says that foreign corporations should not be able to influence American politics, implying they will be able to now because of the decision.
The one time law school instructor forgot to mention that there is a federal law prohibiting any foreign corporation from contributing money, manpower or other things of value, such as television ads, to any domestic political campaign.
