Do You Agree With Colin Powell re: America Being Safe?

Retired General and former Secretary of State Colin Powell recently said on Meet the Press, that America was safe under President Obama. Guess he didn't read about moving terrorism trials to New York City, the Mirandizing of the underwear bomber, or the idiotic statements of John Brennan, the Deputy National Security Advisor in charge of Homeland Security matters who thinks a 20% recidivism rate of GITMO released detainees is "not bad." It's obvious to me Powell is blinded by the color of the President's skin and cannot see obvious national security issues that need fixing.
